The Cape St Blaize Trail
Trail along the coast from Mossel Bay
The Cape St Blaize Trail is a popular moderate 13.5km trail that joins Mossel Bay and Dana Bay. The trail also crosses the Pinnacle Point Estate. It begins just below the lighthouse and ends at Dana Bay You can walk this trail in either direction ie: you can also begin at Dana Bay. The trail is marked with a sign of an oystercatcher. There is parking at both ends of the hike. You will need to be reasonably fit to do this hike. Cell reception is not optimal along the route. Please watch out for snakes particularly puff adders that bask in the sun on the path.
