It is now a collective where there is a small, but well-stocked bookshop with an up-to-date selection of books, along with good advice. , a sweet shop where you can also get great coffee and the famous toffee made from locally sourced ingredients, and the Mantis trading store, which is a traditional algemeene handelaar (general dealer) 082 611-1925. Here you can buy all sorts of things such as building materials, jewellery, beautiful South African pottery and handmade quilts plus materials for quilt making.
