Cape Camino

​A Camino is a sacred walking route to work on personal growth, deep thinking, and a sense of adventure. It is hosted by the local community. Every country has its own culture, history, and natural environment, so each Camino will have its own flavour.  No two countries will offer the same Camino.​

This long-distance personal pilgrimage route offers space, time, adventure, meditation, fellowship, challenges, and triumphs. The necessary components to any worthwhile journey. As the pilgrim, you are the guest. The diverse, sacred spaces and friendly, local neighbourhoods are your hosts. Table Mountain, two oceans, farmlands, wine lands, forests, and beaches are your setting. Cape Camino, The Way of Table Mountain, showcases South African diversity over 650kms of (mostly) off-road path that takes 36 days. Cape Camino believes in supporting small/medium, family-run, local establishments At least 100 small businesses are supported.
