Cape Dry Tractor Route
Tour of a working farm in Montague
The Cape Dry tractor leaves the Cape Dry parking lot at 11.00 am every Saturday and makes its way through the La Providence Dried Fruit Farm. The trip is FREE to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. The ride takes about 30 minutes, You get to see the orchards, the drying lanes and the plant itself, where we recently installed our brand new “Stoning Plant”, with the Pitting Machine which was imported from Italy.
Afterward you can visit the Capedry Montagu Farmstall, Wine Boutique and Bistro for a delicious light lunch. Perhaps purchase some wine at cellar prices and browse through our large selection of dried fruit and nuts.
