Fruit picking at De Krans Wine Estate
The history of De Krans dates back to 1890. We look forward to welcoming you to share in this age-old tradition at De Krans. As always, fruit picking is highly subject to availability, and this year even more so. We advise you to please follow our social media platforms for any announced changes and to please phone the farm at least a day before your planned visit to confirm availability.
 Apricot picking  This is a fun family occasion, where everyone can enjoy picking their own sweet, juicy Bulida apricots. You will need a container to carry your apricots.
Yellow cling peach picking Make a date during December to pick succulent yellow cling peaches.
Hanepoot grape picking harvest season is in February
When you are done, you can enjoy a meal in the restaurant or outside on the veranda. Take the opportunity to stock up on wholesome local produce from the area. The deli is open every Sunday. There is also a playground on the premises
