The official name is Lions Rock. There are many small rock pools. This is a popular spot for fishermen. At high tide, it becomes an island but low tide is a great time to explore. Keep an eye on the tides if you plan to go snorkelling. The best time to snorkel in the tidal pools is during the spring low tide. This is when the water is the clearest.
