Peter and Cathy planted their first vines in September of 2003 intending to produce their favourite beverage, bubbly!
Although bubbly is what started the adventure, HBV also produces a range of other wines which include a Sauvignon Blanc, a full-bodied red as well as a delicate light rosé.
