More than 50 rare washing machines and mangles dating back from the 1800s are displayed here. Some are claimed to be the only remaining ones in the world. The museum is packed with other rare antique laundry-related items such as 640 laundry irons, most are rare, and some are unique.

This is a museum well worth visiting, not only for its uniqueness but for the appreciation of the evolution of one of the most menial of household chores.
