Paul Cluver Wines are a 4th generation family business, They have been farming in the Elgin Valley for more than 120 years and are proud to have pioneered Elgin as a premium wine-growing region.
The focus is on producing world-class wines that reflect the uniqueness of the valley, but more specifically of the estate De Rust. Achieving this while being mindful of actions both on the environment and on the community. More than half our estate is under conservation and is closely connected to De Rust Futura School founded by Gertrude Cluver more than 60 years ago.
