Radloff park on the banks of the Lourens River is a beautiful walk for residents and their pets. It is peaceful and quiet, for some gentle exercise. Dog walkers are requested to stay off the sports fields and stick to the walkways along the river and to the open veld areas. Although dogs do not have to be on a lead, it is advisable if they are not socialized to keep them harnessed. The park has wide open spaces, grass fields, tree-shaded paths, and refreshing river water. It is popular with dog lovers – so much so that the site is usually referred to as the Radloff Dog Park. There is a skate and bike park alongside the park too
