The largest tidal pool in the southern hemisphere, this tidal pool forms part of Strandfontein Beach and has picnic and braai areas. It is located on the Cape Flats Coast on the northern tip of False Bay. There is a long sandy beach that offers safe swimming and numerous other water activities.
