    Listings

    • Types: FREE or PREMIUM (LINKED)
    • Free Listings: Basic information, no URLs, valid for one year with renewal notification.
    • Premium (Linked) Listings: Extra information, links to other internet pages, valid for one year with renewal notification.

    Advertising Options

    • Banners: R 1000.00/year, linked to your website.
    • Useful Numbers: R 100.00 (one-time), hyperlink for R 250.00 (one-time).

    Fees

    • Non-Refundable: Refer to the rates page for detailed fees.

    Rules for Submissions

    • Content: Must comply with relevant laws, be truthful, verifiable, and contain complete contact details.
    • Prohibited Content: Obscene, abusive, harmful, false, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights.
    • Prohibited Actions: Spamming, promoting pyramid schemes, overloading the site infrastructure, distributing viruses, scraping information, and misusing provided information.
    • Indemnification: Colourdots is indemnified against any abuse by users.

    Intellectual Property

    • Ownership: All intellectual property within the site is owned by Colourdots.
    • Restrictions: Content may not be copied, published, or sold without permission.
    • POPI Act: The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act), effective from 30 June 2021, mandates several changes regarding personal data handling. One key requirement is obtaining consent from individuals to be part of any group. This notification ensures compliance with the POPI Act and protects your personal information. Only business information is required for the public to access the information for advertising and is required for marketing your services.

    • You may refuse consent and leave the platform, You can request to be deleted. Remaining in the directory implies consent to share your business information.
